This site has been build to help you reduce the stress in your life by providing programs on how to reduce your stress at work, at home and in your relationships. There is training to help you with “acute stress management” you know, putting out fires and emergencies, but there is also training that will focus on preventing stress building up in the first place and improving the quality of your life. There will be trainings on not just the typical stress management “stuff” (time management, productivity etc) but more importantly there will be trainings on how to get to the root cause of your stress so you can live a happier, healthier life. For many that involves balancing your physiology.
We have always asked “Why just manage your stress when you reduce it?!”
We will provide training in areas that many would not normally consider as part of their stress. Things like developing life direction, purpose, mission and vision in your life, understanding why the compass is more important than the clock, how to be more authentic and real, new ways to discover and live by your values not someone elses so you have more meaning and fulfillment in your life. We want you to experience the true joy, happiness and satisfaction that comes from living a life you master and control.

We will also have training programs that cover the negative downstream effects of chronic stress. We will help you get back into control with programs on weight loss and belly fat reduction as well as disease prevention and healthy aging. There will be programs on motivation, change, procrastination, productivity, happy fulfilling marriages with love, happy healthy motivated children and lots more on personal growth. We want to help you become bigger than your problems so you can handle the challenges life throws at us!
So who are we? Heather and Robert Ridpath are a husband and wife team with extensive training in health, wellness and prevention. Heathers real life experience includes; a member of the national rowing team and participated in two Olympics. She also won the World Lightweight Rowing Championship in the double (1987). She has a master’s degree in biomechanics and is a certified personal trainer. She also has extensive work experience helping clients with work related stress and life work balance. She has run marathons, loves cross country skiing, is a fantastic cook and has excellent life work balance skills. She is a mother of two and is also part of the sandwich generation as she also looks after two aging parents.
Robert has obtained professional status in both motocross and triathlons. He also became a top master-expert category- mountain bike racer. His training is in nutritional biochemistry and exercise physiology and has spent over 25 years training doctors about nutritional and functional medicine with a focus on stress reduction. His experience also includes studies in psychology, neurology and mental illness. He has also authored a top selling book entitled TLC for the body, mind and soul -Addressing the underlying causes of chronic illness.
We also have access to hundred of clinicians including Naturopaths, Family physicans, Chiropractors, Nutritionist, physiotherapist, concellors etc who have specialties in areas we will cover. We will do our very best to give you comprehenisve strategies based on the multiple perspectives that truly work based on real life practice experience! Theory is good, but result are better.
